Bratati Ghosh, Co-Founder          
Bratati Ghosh co-Founded Kinsight Analytics in 2010. Bratati has 15 years of experience in building high growth technology-enabled businesses. Her main focus has been e-Commerce, internet and IT services.   
Most recently, Bratati was the CEO & Board Member for AARM Corp, a SaaS tool for Private Equity portfolio analysis. Before that, Bratati was the Global Head, Strategy & Business Development for the Travel, Transportation & Hospitality vertical at TCS, a global outsourcing firm. During her tenure, TCS grew from $1 Billion to $6 Billion in revenue over a span of five years. In the vertical, Bratati was responsible for setting an innovation & expertise-led strategy, and was instrumental in the acquisition of several of the largest TCS customers.
 
Bratati was part of the founding e-Commerce team within Worldspan starting in 1996. Under her direction as Director, this division grew to represent over half of Worldspan's approx $1B annual revenue six years later, when Bratati left to join Expedia as Sr. Director, Marketing & Business Development, Expedia Corporate Travel. During this time, Bratati was awarded the Travel Industry Rising Star Award by Travel Agent Magazine in 2002.  
 
Bratati has a Bacherlors in EE from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), Kanpur and an MBA in Finance & Business Strategy from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Ahmedabad in India

Kalpana Sitaraman, Co-Founder

 

Kalpana Sitaraman, a co-founder of Kinsight Analytics is a research and analytics professional with 15 years’ experience. She has held senior management roles in the market research, analytics and marketing consultancy space across India and SE Asia.

 

Prior to co-founding Kinsight Analytics, Kalpana spent nearly 10 years with TNS across India and Malaysia. With key account responsibilities across SE Asia, her focus areas have been measurement and management of Customer Experience & Commitment and Brand Communication – where she spearheaded the practices in Malaysia and India. As Vice President with TNS, she has also worked extensively in mining consumer insights for Innovation, Concept & Product Development, Retail & Shopper Insights and Marketing Communication.

 

Over the years, Kalpana has led numerous successful local and multi-country research and analytics studies for leading players in the FMCG, Technology, Financial Services, Automotive, Travel & Hospitality sectors. She delights in designing and using quantitative and advanced statistical methods to unearth relevant and actionable insights for her clients. Clients have included GSK, P&G, F&N Coca Cola, Intel, Malaysian Airlines, Vodafone, Citibank and the Central Bank of Malaysia amongst others.

 

Kalpana has also worked extensively with the Government, public and private sector enterprises on market feasibility/entry-strategy studies and revival/rehabilitation strategies during her employment with Deloitte Consulting.

As the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Kinsight's Social Media Analytics Business Unit, Cary Broussard is highly qualified to lead the kListen team. A global communications and marketing executive, her vision and enthusiasm for kListen’s mission and customer service is anchored in depth of experience and knowledge.
